The year kicks off with an intensive training bootcamp where you will learn how to use Claude and apply it effectively. After that, about five hours per week will be dedicated to structured, ongoing learning. The remaining time is focused on your actual project work at the nonprofit.

You will also have access to a CodePath mentor for career guidance, Anthropic office hours for technical questions, and a national community of fellow participants who are going through the same experience.
